Backlog Replies writes owner replies to a business's existing public Google reviews. Replies are drafted with AI and delivered by email as text for you to review and post yourself. We do not access your Google account, and we do not post on your behalf.
We do not write, buy, sell, or solicit reviews, and we do not offer incentives for reviews. We do not guarantee search rankings, review removal, or any business outcome.

Unlimited free revisions until you're satisfied. Reply to your delivery email with the changes you'd like.
You can get a full refund if you ask within 48 hours of delivery and none of the delivered replies have been posted to your profile. Because replies appear publicly, we verify this on your Google profile. After 48 hours, or once any delivered reply has been posted, the order isn't refundable, but revisions remain free. Reply Care can be cancelled anytime; cancellation stops future billing, and the current month isn't prorated.
You decide which replies to post and are responsible for what is published on your profile. Please check every reply for accuracy before posting.
